Note from the Cellar Master

An explosion of red fruits reminiscent of smashed raspberry first marks the nose and becomes grounded by secondary notes of Timur pepper and dried hay. On the palate, herbal aromas are remarkable in their offering of a citrusy tension and delicate salinity. The finale, long and lingering, once again evokes the notes of raspberry and terminates with a floral hint of rose petal.
